And,
after 30 plus years, Judith is even more
deeply in love with her personal yoga practice and teaching her classes!
With 17 years of dance experience, 4 years of yoga teaching, 10 years of yoga practice and more than 2,000 hours of therapeutic study, Julee brings to her work an embodied exploration of anatomy, a clear articulation of alignment and movement principles, a deep love and compassion for the journey, and a playful curiosity. She is a yoga therapist at Duke Integrative Medicine and on faculty for the Yoga, Body, Mind and Spirit Teacher Training Program in Chapel Hill (www.yogabodymindandspirit.com) and the School for Body-Mind Centering in NC (www.bmc-nc.com).
